• General check ins related to your job search 

Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to information regarding the status of your job search, the status of your application or information about available job opportunities. 

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method:

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from GrowthWise Search in the following ways:

• Verbally, during a conversation

Opt-Out:
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP”.
Once opted out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Help:

If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us by calling our main office line.

AI-Assisted Recording and Transcription:
When you interact with us—including during interviews, consultations, or virtual meetings—we may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to record, transcribe, and analyze the audio, video, and chat content.

• What We Collect: Recordings, automated transcripts, and AI-generated summaries of our conversation.
• How We Use It: To capture accurate notes, evaluate discussions, improve our services, and assist our team. 
• Third-Party Services: We may use trusted third-party AI and cloud storage providers to process this data under strict confidentiality and data-processing agreements. We currently utilize Zoom, Ring Central and CoRecruit tools as part of our candidate interview and client service processes. 
• Your Consent: By participating in an interview, phone interview or meeting with any representative of our team, you consent to this AI recording and processing. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify us before the session begins or contact us at  jobs@growthwisesearch.com to discuss alternative options.
