We do not provide temporary employees under co-employment arrangement. We can help our clients identify a temporary employee under a direct hire arrangement or provide consulting to establish an agreement and consider candidates through a temp agency on your behalf, however we do not employ temps for short term roles.
We hire in many strategic metro markets throughout the United States. While we are physically located in California, we hire throughout the United States and have expertise working in many states.
GrowthWise utilizes several cutting-edge tools including an ATS platform that scrapes to 14+ job boards for our clients and allows us to reach candidates through text, email and call. In addition we utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, several other job boards and other automation tools to streamline hiring.
Our average client is a businesses with engaged leadership and a commitment to employee development, retention and growth, with $1M to $200M in average annual revenues, and a headcount of 1 to around 500.
Our pricing varies depending on the specific services needed and the size of your business, with the option of 2 different pricing models to choose from based on your specific needs. We do not currently hold an expertise or practice area in healthcare, home healthcare or skilled nursing. We do not work with very large organizations with cumbersome HR departments. We do not work with organizations that lack engaged management, have a reputation for poor employee experience and do not invest in people.
